USER MANUAL

1. Before painting:

  • For paint (white, red, yellow, black) stir well before painting
  • Reflective coating is mixed with reflective material (glass beads) at the rate of 0.1 - 0.2kg reflective / 1kg of coating

2. In construction

Order of construction:

  • Surface treatment
  • Apply paint (white, red, yellow, black) to dry for 15 minutes
  • Apply a clear (colorless) + reflective coating and let dry for 15 minutes
  • Surface treatment
  • Must clean the dirt, grease ..
  • Grease: Wash with organic solvent.
  • Dirt: Clean by air blower, or by sweeping.
  • Make flat surface to be painted
  • The surface must be dry before painting
  • Application method: Roller, brush or spray

STORAGE

  • V-MARK solvent paint should be stored in a cool, dry place
  • The storage temperature is from 10 to 40oC, preferably from 15 - 30oC.
  • The container must be sealed to avoid evaporation of the solvent to affect the paint quality

* Note: Avoid direct contact with skin, eyes, use protective clothing, gloves, mask.

SAFETY MEASURES

  • Keep out of reach of CHILDREN.
  • Ensure good ventilation during application and wait for drying. Avoid breathing dust.
  • Safety glasses should be worn when applying. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
