V-Mark thermoplastic road marking paint is a road-marking material used in traffic signals. V-Mark adheres to the surface of the road based on the principle of bonding the chemical elements in the paint and the surface contact molecules, as well as the penetration into the openings and voids of the pavement. In addition to the main function of the line, V-Mark also has the effect of raising the visibility, reflecting the brightness of the road surface, especially at night. • Clean surface before construction, ensure no strange things, dirty, road marking, absolutely no oil, grease, moisture. The temperature is not less than 15oC.
• It is necessary to irrigate a layer of asphalt for concrete pavement, asphalt road construction after 6 months.
• Open the bag and put the paint mixture in the bin. The temperature in the tank does not exceed 220oC. The boiler must be equipped with an agitator to stir the mixture during heating.
• Heat and stir until the mixture is completely melted, and at the same time control to avoid overheating resulting in yellow "burn" paint.
